1. Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)
You have the right to cancel your order and request a refund within 14 days of placing your order. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your cancellation notice to us at keezyofficial@outlook.com before the 14-day period expires.

2. Refund Process
If you cancel your order, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (excluding any additional costs incurred if you chose a delivery method other than our cheapest standard delivery option).

We will process your refund within 7 days from the day we receive the returned goods back at our facility.

We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction; you will not incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

3. Return Requirements
To receive a refund, you must return the goods to us without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of your cancellation. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

Important: You are responsible for the cost of returning the items. All returns must be shipped using a trackable shipping service. You are responsible for the goods until they are received by us, and we cannot process refunds for lost items without proof of delivery.

5. Condition of Returned Goods
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund.

6. Exceptions
Please note that we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Customized or personalized items.

  • Items that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer.
