Return Exchange Policy for KEEZY™

We want you to love your KEEZY™ purchase. If something isn't quite right whether it doesn't fit, you're not happy with the size, or you simply changed your mind we're here to help.


Size Exchanges
If your item doesn't fit, no problem! You can exchange it for a different size. Here's how:

  1. Contact us at keezyofficial@outlook.com within 14 days of placing your order and let us know which size you need instead.

  2. We will confirm availability and provide you with our return address.

  3. Ship the item back to us (you will be responsible for the return shipping costs).

  4. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will ship out your new size at no additional shipping cost to you.

Please note: Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your desired size is out of stock, we will offer you a full refund instead.


Standard Returns (Including Change of Mind)
If you're not completely satisfied for any reason, you can return your item for a full refund within 14 days of ordering it.

Conditions for Returns:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition unworn, unwashed, and with all tags still attached.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging where possible.

Return Process:

  1. Contact us at keezyofficial@outlook.com to initiate your return.

  2. We will provide you with our return address and any necessary instructions.

  3. Package your item securely and send it back to us. Please use a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

  4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.


Return Shipping Costs

  • You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us for both returns and exchanges.

  • For exchanges, we will cover the cost of shipping your new size back to you.


Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at keezyofficial@outlook.com with a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including covering the return shipping.
